Biography:
Alejandra is a private client practitioner with an extensive experience in international succession planning, asset protection and corporate structuring for legacy purpose. Alejandra is a full STEP member since 2020 and she is an active member of the STEP Arabia Committee. Her practice includes advising high net worth individuals on family matters and succession planning in the United Arab Emirates, including for the registration of wills, marriage agreements and establishment of vehicles such as trusts, foundations, and/or special purpose vehicles.
Alejandra also advises corporate clients on commercial and corporate matters, including negotiating, drafting, reviewing, and mitigating the risks on a wide range of legal documents and agreements such as shareholder agreements, sales purchase agreements, employment contracts, agency and distribution agreements, or commercial leases.
Prior to joining CVML, Alejandra worked in Switzerland and in the United Arab Emirates with leading firms.
