Biography:
Amir has acquired several years of experience working with International and Middle Eastern clients in matters of corporate and commercial law. Throughout his career, Amir has worked in several law firms, notably in Beirut and Paris, such as A. Nawfal & Associates, Koehler-Magne Serres & Associés and Revigny Law firm, as well as in the legal department of Lagardère Active (Lagardère Group).
Given his considerable experience in strategic corporate restructuring and company acquisition as well as cross-border transactions, Amir intervenes in business law, particularly in corporate law, M&A, and commercial law, and has assisted local and international companies in all stages covering their economic activities in their various legal and tax issues. Amir has also regularly advised foreign banks and investment funds, namely for regulatory issues and in the scope of syndicated loans.
